Land Title Company is proud to announce the promotion of Kris Mihulka to Chief Executive Officer and President, marking an exciting new chapter for one of the region’s most respected and trusted title and escrow companies.
Mihulka’s appointment represents the culmination of an extraordinary career spanning four decades with Land Title Company. She first joined the company in1986 and has since worked in every department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the title and escrow industry and the company’s operations. In 1993, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, and in 2012 assumed the role of Vice President and Kitsap County Manager and then President in 2020. Her leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted resource for employees, customers, and industry partners alike.
